About Embolden We are a growing, fully virtual, trauma-focused practice serving individuals, couples, and families across Ontario. Our work is rooted in helping clients move through trauma with intention, attunement, and evidence-based care.

We prioritize: Consistent, high-quality care, supported by a steady and sustainable caseload (10–15 sessions/week) A collaborative team environment with opportunities for consultation and connection Ongoing clinical growth and development in trauma-focused work

What This Role Offers In this part-time position you will: Provide EMDR and other trauma-focused therapies to a motivated client population Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support real, lasting change Receive consistent referrals to support a successful caseload development Engage in peer consultation and ongoing clinical development Work independently while being part of a connected, supportive team

This role is best suited for a therapist who is looking to maintain a consistent weekly caseload and values both autonomy and accountability in their work.

Who You Are You are a therapist who: Holds a Master’s degree in Counselling or Psychology Is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP/RP Q) in good standing with the CRPO Is based in Ontario and carries current professional liability insurance Has completed an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training (certification is an asset) Is passionate about trauma-focused, client-centered work Is organized, reliable, and able to manage a consistent caseload Values both independent work and collaboration
