Primarily responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, and maintaining computer-based equipment & systems including point of sale equipment thereby supporting Belk IT operations. This role requires knowledge of commonly used computer concepts, practices, and procedures. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment but rather relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines. Works under immediate supervision. The role is one that requires an ability to work independently and build and maintain strong working relationships as well as the flexibility to travel. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of quality service.
