About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced professional who can effectively manage both Administrative and Marketing responsibilities. This role requires someone who can provide direct support to the CEO, oversee office operations, maintain client records, handle technical office requirements, and contribute to the company's marketing and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support directly to the CEO. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth business functioning. Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and office schedules. Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation. Maintain, organize, and update client files, records, and confidential documents. Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management systems. Manage client communications and client relationship activities. Follow up with clients, prospects, and team members as required. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and operational requirements. Handle various administrative tasks assigned by management. Act as a key point of contact and support for the CEO and leadership team. Technical & Office Support Responsibilities Handle and coordinate all technical aspects of the office. Troubleshoot basic IT, networking, printer, AV, and technology-related issues. Support office technology setup for meetings, presentations, webinars, and events. Maintain office equipment and ensure the smooth functioning of office systems. Provide technical assistance and support to team members as needed. Marketing Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns. Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and other online advertising platforms. Create and schedule engaging social media content. Manage company social media accounts and online presence. Generate leads through digital marketing and online campaigns. Design marketing materials, posters, client materials, and promotional content. Create professional PowerPoint presentations and business materials. Support event marketing, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities. Monitor marketing performance and provide reports and recommendations. Assist in developing strategies to increase company awareness and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative, Executive Assistant, Office Management, Marketing, or related roles. Experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience managing client records, files, and confidential information. Strong understanding of office technology, IT systems, and troubleshooting. Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager). Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI marketing tools. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
