Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Operations professional to join our Talent Operations team, as a Senior Advisor, Talent Digital Delivery where you will play a critical role in shaping how technology enables our people strategy. This role blends Workday expertise with strategic thinking, process optimization, and a focus on employee experience. You will collaborate with Talent colleagues, business leaders, and technology partners to ensure talent systems strengthen decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and deliver seamless, user-centered experiences. This position offers meaningful growth opportunities in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Accountabilities:

Act as a Workday subject matter expert across key modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Absence, etc.), configuring, testing, and deploying process enhancements to support Talent programs.

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven insights and workforce planning.

Partner with Talent process owners and business leaders to understand needs, advise on best practices, and deliver solutions that balance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Contribute to the Talent Technology roadmap by evaluating current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions that align with broader Talent and organizational priorities.

Lead or support projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and change management.

Troubleshoot issues, monitor data integrity, and coordinate resolutions with Talent, Technology, vendors, and cross-functional teams, always with a focus on employee impact.

Support adoption and engagement through training, communication, and end-user support.

Operate in an Agile environment, iterating solutions based on feedback and shifting needs to continuously deliver value.
Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in talent technology or Talent operations roles, with hands-on Workday expertise in at least two functional areas (configuration, testing, reporting, release management).

Strong understanding of talent processes across the employee lifecycle, with the ability to translate them into effective, technology-enabled solutions.

Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems, define solutions, and connect technical capabilities to business needs.

Experience managing or contributing to projects, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.

Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with Agile methodology, vendor management, or complementary talent technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, PeopleFluent, Qualtrics) is an asset.
