To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
Talent Acquisition, as part of the Talent function, is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will partner with Hiring Managers to strategize on best sourcing approaches, while also prioritizing the candidate experience.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production positions in partnership with the hiring managers.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants at every step in the interview process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs via our Applicant Tracking System – Dayforce.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate appropriate technical assessments and interview processes.
- Keep recruitment record updated and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen our presence in the production and manufacturing talent market.
What you bring to the team

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in production, manufacturing, or high-volume environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Client-centric approach – prioritize strategic partnership and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the ability and willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $68,000 – $75,000 (CAD Annually)
