(Internal Title: Scheduling IV)

• Develop and implement the project planning and scheduling controls strategy, including roles for both BP and contractors
• Adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all project stages
• Provide schedules to support accurate estimating, benchmarking, and interface planning
• Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks and ensure readiness for future phases
• Prepare and manage the WBS/CBS in collaboration with the Cost Engineer
• Implement and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes
• Establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures
• Generate and present schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders
• Support project closeout planning and perform other duties as assigned

• This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of Planning and Scheduling experience in large projects or programs
• Minimum of (5) five years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projects
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
• Ability to speak French

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field of study, preferred or, High School diploma or GED and ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, construction, project controls or business-related field with at least five (5) years of experience in a leadership role in project controls planning and scheduling

Licenses OR Certifications:

• Holding recognized certifications including PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP
• Proficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite)
• Oracle Primavera P6 certificate is considered an asset

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required
• Extensive knowledge of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Power Query
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• Competent in Navisworks, Synchro, Power BI and TILOS is an asset
• Expert understanding of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects
• Inclined to maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
• Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
• Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
• Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
• Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment
• Proven capacity to anticipate, identify, and minimize risks
• Expert ability to detect and capitalize on others' strengths
• Demonstrated capability to supervise, delegate, and develop capacity
• Effectively leads multi-resource scheduling teams
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork, promotion of innovation, and overall excellence
• Tact to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
