- Build and maintain cohort analyses to track customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and subscription behaviour.
- Partner with marketing to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI across paid and organic channels.
- Support segmentation and personalization initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.
- Partner with growth and product teams to design and analyze A/B tests on website UX, pricing, and offers.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness, channel mix, and audience targeting.
- Identify key levers for improving conversion rate and customer retention.
Who You Are:
- 4–7 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in DTC, e-commerce, or digital consumer brands.
- Experience building and automating dashboards and reports for non-technical users.
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills; proficiency in BI tools, Shopify and Google Analytics and knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Comfortable with coding languages such as Python and familiar working with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with predictive modelling (LTV forecasting, churn prediction, etc.) is a plus.
Perks & Benefits:
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options where applicable).
- Health and wellness benefits, including a lifestyle spending account.
- Professional development opportunities to support career growth.
- Free access to our award-winning products.
