You Are: An experienced Oracle R2R Workstream Lead with proven experience overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

The Work:- Guide and oversee the functional and business processes related to the Record to Report (R2R) cycle within Oracle Cloud ERP projects.

  • Provide expert guidance on modules like General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub, leading functional workstreams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Oracle solutions for financial reporting.

  • Identifying and providing solutions to complex business and technical issues within the R2R process.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

  • Oversee the integration of applications with existing systems and third-party tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.

  • Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to delivery.

  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud ERP trends and recommending improvements for the R2R process. Here’s What You Need:- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 6 years leading large-scale Oracle R2R projects.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub, and their configuration within the R2R process.

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with multiple teams effectively.

  • Ability to manage and contribute to team decisions while fostering a positive team environment.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
