We are confident that if you choose to work at ROBINSON, you will be taking your first steps towards a challenging, profitable, and satisfying career.

We are seeking a Hydronics Technical Specialist to provide technical support, design expertise, and customer service for hydronic heating systems. In this role, you will be a key resource for both customers and internal teams—delivering accurate drawings, system designs, and product recommendations that ensure performance and reliability.

What you will do:

  • Recommend hydronic system solutions that meet customer requirements, including detailed system drawings and design support.
  • Engage with customers primarily by phone to address inquiries, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for projects, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Advise on alternative products based on cost, availability, and specifications to optimize value and maintain customer confidence.
  • Process orders, returns, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with outside sales to prepare quotations, update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries, and assist with on-site visits.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Support multiple branches across Saskatchewan, providing consistent technical and customer support.

About You:

  • Technical expertise in hydronic systems and products, with the ability to assess system requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in producing detailed hydronic drawings and system designs; relevant certifications are an asset.
  • Experience providing technical education or support to customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with sales teams on quotations, deliveries, and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with various computer systems and design or quotation software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.

ROBINSON values your experience and recognizes the contributions you make to the success of our business. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
