About The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible digital interfaces. Your expertise will help translate complex user requirements into seamless experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design of innovative products and contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact on users’ lives.
Qualifications
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Graphic Design or Graphic Communication.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in designing software interfaces, improving existing applications, or creating web applications.
- Proficiency in designing user flows, reducing cognitive load, and creating clear, simple interfaces.
- Experience in developing wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of visual standards, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of WCAG standards and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to translate visual identity into concrete interface elements like palettes, buttons, and components.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to incorporate user feedback to refine designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop screens, forms, and interfaces related to various plugins and digital products.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines, to accommodate users with mobility, vision, or other limitations.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to interpret and translate user journeys into engaging interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that reflect user needs and project requirements.
- Integrate user testing feedback to continuously improve the usability and visual appeal of interfaces.
- Maintain consistency in visual design by developing and adhering to style guides and design systems.
- Prioritize UX enhancements based on user impact and project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
