PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent full time General Laborer - Floater to support first shift operations (7:30 am - 4:00 pm). Responsibilities
- Panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual scrubbing).
- Dye cutting of panels.
- Spartanics punching for tooling on the panels.
- Cover coat lay up of circuit boards.
- Stiffner lay up of ciruit boards.
- Dry film lamination of circuit boards.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Must be able lift up to 25lbs; without assistance.
