Director of Foodservice Sales
Lead a High-Performing Sales Team in the Perishable Goods Space
Our client is a long-standing, well-respected global company with a strong presence in Ontario. Known for quality, service, and building lasting customer relationships, they’re looking for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in foodservice and perishable (cold chain) goods to take their Ontario operations to the next level.

The Role As Director of Foodservice Sales , you’ll manage and develop the sales and marketing team, set strategy, and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. You’ll work closely with key customers, identify opportunities for growth in the perishable goods category, and make sure the team has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Details:
- Location: GTA
- Travel: Within Ontario working with team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the sales and marketing team
- Run productive meetings that keep the team motivated and on track
- Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
- Oversee sales planning and identify new business opportunities, particularly in perishable/cold chain goods
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Promote a team culture built on accountability, trust, and customer focus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in foodservice, preferably in perishable (cold chain) goods
- Proven track record of growing business in consumer products, retail, or related fields
- Confidence in making quick, well-informed decisions
- Strong grasp of sales KPIs and how to use them to drive results
- A leadership style that supports and develops others
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
