Onsite work location
Located at 2255 S Quinn St S, Prince George, BC V2N 2X4, this full-time permanent position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring 40 hours per week with no weekend shifts.
Why this role matters
The Customer Service - Counter/Inside Sales representative is primarily responsible for supporting customers at the counter, ensuring a positive in-person experience through accurate order entry, product support, and responsive service. This role’s primary focus is Counter Sales, with Inside Sales support provided as needed to assist with quotations, sales orders, and returns that align with organizational sales targets.

- Customer Service Focused. You create positive customer experiences by building strong relationships, providing accurate product quotations, processing sales, and completing timely follow-ups.
- Strong Multi-tasker. You can manage multiple customer requests at once and handle competing priorities with confidence.
- Collaborative Communicator. You communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
- Highly Organized. You stay organized and maintain accuracy while working through a high volume of requests and frequent interruptions.
- Comfortable with Technology. You use phones, computers, and software tools with ease to support customer needs, enter orders accurately, and keep information up to date.
Ideal candidate profile
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Electrical industry experience and product knowledge is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful.
- Basic mathematical skills
