Summing it up
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by assisting the promotion of the True Key Collection of properties and handling administrative tasks to ensure the success of campaigns. This position is ideal for a highly organized and motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and travel.
What you'll be doing
- Assist sales manager with coordinating groups, crew, wedding, meeting business at True Key properties.
- Organize group blocks in property management systems and work with property teams to make sure all contract activities are organized.
- Answer group reservations emails for properties and assist with any questions from group organizers.
- Answer group-related inquiries or communications in the absence of the Sales Manager.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts and reports.
- Liaise with catering companies to organize quotes for groups.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing sales events, promotions and trade shows.
- Assist in prospecting and sales research.
- Help create and update sales materials such as brochures, flyers and presentations.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM system.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
Who you are
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proven success in a similar role and environment
- Excellent and proficient oral and written English communications skills.
- ability to compile, analyze and communicate data
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs.
- Efficient at learning new software and PMS systems; familiarity with CRM tools is an asset.
- Efficient in learning new software and programs.
- The ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
- A desire to be a key player in a growing company.
