Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Job Type: Part Time – Permanent (2-3 Days per week)
Wage: $23-$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient with QuickBooks software, including Journal Entries, Monthly Bank reconciliation (Canada and USA), and financial reporting.

Posting and clearing AR & AP transactions.

Generating client invoices, verify for accuracy, and weekly processing.

Proficient with ADP and PAYWORKS payroll software (or equivalent) & reconciliation.

Monitor financial transactions and generate monthly financial reports for executives.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation
- 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience
- 3+ years working with QuickBooks, ADP and Payworks (or equivalent payroll software) and software for T4 and T4A's
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
