The successful candidate will be patient and possess organizational skills, effective communication skills (verbal and written), and time management skills. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, and computer skills. As well as the ability to work independently or as a team. Reporting to the Director of Training, Community Development and Risk Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for classroom management responsibilities (i.e. attendance taking, etc.) What you will be doing: Prepare test room, organize seating plan, affix labels to desks, and posts all signage and notices; Register candidates, checking identification upon arrival; handles impersonation and non-registered candidates with sensitivity and caution; Check candidate numbers as they appear on test papers with the candidate numbers of the desks of individual candidates; Ensure no unauthorized materials are taken into the examination room and no examination materials are taken out of the room by candidates; Monitor room carefully for cheating/malpractice; and Immediately report any suspected breaches of security concerning the test to the Test Supervisor or Administrator, as appropriate. What you will need to be considered: Highschool diploma or equivalent; and Up to one year of experience. The incumbent may be required to provide a criminal record check.
