Start date: as soon as possible
Physical Working Location Toronto Downtown
In office - hybrid model, twice in office weekly (days that core dev team is in, likely Mon and Wed)
OT requirements: Weekends needed as implementation schedules require

LOB: Tech commercial banking supporting tech projects (OBB = Online Business Banking)
HM Gopi is portfolio delivery manager (OBB)
Project: F26 planning and proactive planning to identify Tech PM to support multiple OBB projects for F26. Projects could come from direct LOB or other bank areas
Performance measurements: Likely monthly deliverables
Very fast paced, multiple implementations
Sprints, quick delivery
Project info: Payment projects not thru payment modernization LTO (OBB), launching OBB light for med to small size customer base (Canadian side launched, goal is to launch US side in Oct, enhancement work to follow) + OBB waterfall projects (reporting requirements)
High visibility – deadlines & timelines are very stringent
Complex environment: Waterfall, Agile – Very process driven (multiple of them) must be able to navigate through them.
Must haves:
Agile exp needed but the bank operates under Agile/Waterfall hybrid model
Minimum of 4 yrs Technology PM needed (NOT a scrum master)
Need to be comfortable working with other teams at bank (4-5 different tech teams who will deliver components of overall project) and diff moving parts
Communication is key
Understanding nuance
Anticipate escalations
Tech skills important but come second to ability to problem solve and think quickly, has reliable instinct and can sus out problems before they happen, able to work cross functionally
