DelGate Logistics is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, screen, and hire the right people for our team. We are a fast-growing logistics and 3PL company focused on warehousing, fulfillment, freight, and big & bulky deliveries across Canada. As we expand, hiring the right talent is one of our biggest priorities.

About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable hiring for both office and operations roles. You will work closely with management to understand hiring needs and help build a strong team across departments.

Responsibilities Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels Source candidates for warehouse, logistics, sales, admin, marketing, and remote roles Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate interviews with managers Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Help improve job descriptions and hiring processes Track recruitment activity and provide updates to management Support onboarding coordination when needed Build relationships with staffing agencies, schools, and recruiting partners

Requirements Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and people skills Ability to screen candidates quickly and professionally Organized and able to manage multiple open roles at the same time Comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic HR/recruitment tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience hiring for logistics, warehouse, transportation, sales, or operations roles is an asset Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
