looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want consistent work, strong earning
potential, and long-term stability.
This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in diagnosing issues accurately, delivering excellent
customer service, and building trust with homeowners.
Top performers are currently earning in the upper range of the compensation band.
What You’ll Be Working On
Furnaces
Heat pumps
Air conditioning systems
Ductless mini-splits
Boilers
Tank and tankless water heaters
Residential ventilation systems
What You Can Expect
Consistent daily service calls (no seasonal slowdowns)
Strong dispatch and operational support

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Identify root causes of equipment failure
Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers
Maintain clear job notes and service documentation
Communicate with dispatch and team members
Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For
3+ years residential HVAC service experience
Gas ticket, Red Seal, or Refrigeration certification preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Professional and confident communication with customers
Ability to work independently and manage workload
valid driver's license with clean driving record
