Orthodontist – Southwood Dental (Colonel Talbot, London, ON)
Build and grow a specialty program with a strong referral base across 5 clinics
Start Date: September 11, 2025
Open to New Grads: Yes – Licensed Orthodontists in Ontario or International Orthodontists with Canadian experience considered
Schedule
- Twice per month to start, growing to weekly
- Minimum 2 operatories dedicated to ortho days
- Flexibility to help design and grow the program
Practice & Referral Network
- Hub at Southwood Dental Colonel Talbot with referrals from 5 additional practices (10 GPs total)
- Treatment Coordinator + PM team managing referrals, pre-determinations, and consult coordination
Clinical Scope
- Traditional Orthodontics (brackets/wires)
- Clear Aligners (Invisalign or equivalent – office will support preferred system)
- Opportunity to shape ortho protocols, build patient flow, and establish long-term presence
Technology & Support
- PMS: Tracker | iOS, Digital X-rays, Carrier system in place (open to new systems)
- Dedicated ortho DA being hired (opportunity to help train)
- Strong admin and clinical support team

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
