Job Description
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance, test strategy, and test execution across enterprise applications, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives
- Define and execute overall test strategy, test plans, and quality gates
- Lead functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing activities
- Manage test resources, environments, defect triage, and release readiness
- Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD testing integration
- Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure quality delivery
- Ensure traceability from requirements through testing and production deployment
