About the role

We’ve opened a role in all of our offices for a talented, entrepreneurial Project Coordinator to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Project Delivery group.

  • Are you a resourceful, clever, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, proofreading, review and working within a construction, engineering or architectural environment?

  • Are you bilingual in English and French? (Note: French would be an asset for the role, but we welcome applicants who speak only English, too).

##Your Role as a Project Coordinator:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Project Coordinator, your role will include:

  • Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing project communications.
  • Using MS Project to coordinate with Project Managers to track project schedules while taking responsibility for the submission of deliverables.
  • Conducting contract administration duties including populating and updating various logs (RFIs, Decision, Submissions, Change Management, Risk).
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions.
  • Reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards.
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing proposals and pursuits material.
  • Editing and reviewing content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, tone, and consistency.
