We are looking for an Enterprise Change Specialist to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
In this opportunity, you will drive the adoption of high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will bring your deep expertise in organizational change management to guide project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders through complex transformations. Working within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you’ll lead change strategies that cut across functions, entities, and delivery methodologies ensuring that people are informed, engaged, and ready to embrace what’s next. Reporting to the Director, EPMO, key duties include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that address communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) to lead the change lifecycle from impact assessment to adoption tracking.
- Assess organizational readiness and change impact, identifying risks, resistance points, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Partner with project and program managers to embed change management strategies into overall project delivery plans.
- Identify and analyze key stakeholders, tailoring engagement and communication approaches to meet their needs and concerns.
- Track and measure adoption, proficiency, and feedback, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging communications and learning materials that support stakeholder understanding and successful adoption.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (a combination of education and experience will also be considered).
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in change management, organizational development, or leading transformation initiatives.
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or ACMP).
- Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation projects.
- Proficiency with change management tools and platforms.
- Experience delivering change management support across multiple, concurrent projects, ideally within a portfolio or enterprise environment.
