Join Our Team: Forestry Manager – Kamloops
Integrated ProAction (IPAC) is growing, and we’re looking to expand our team of experienced forest professionals. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Forestry Manager – Kamloops.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated forestry professional—either a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) or Registered Forest Technologist (RFT)—with the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish. The successful candidate will also supervise and mentor junior staff. This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take the next step in their forestry career. Please note: this is not an entry-level or training position. Previous proven contract management with examples of contract completions is an asset.

Role Overview:
This position offers a well-balanced mix of office and field work. Responsibilities include contract management, staff mentorship, field quality assurance, and final preparation of deliverables for various clients. While most work is based in the Kamloops region, occasional travel to remote sites may be required.
Qualifications:
- Registered as an RPF or RFT in British Columbia (a late-stage trainee with significant experience may be considered)
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant forestry experience
- Experience in a variety of Full Phase Forestry Development deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams with minimal supervision
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Immediate ability to contribute—this is not a development or training role
