Description Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an industrial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving operational excellence through collaboration and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Respond to customer concerns and service requests promptly, effectively, and cost-efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate all customer-related activities, including move-ins, move-outs, construction, and surveys.
  • Promote a “one team” culture by collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring all services meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Supervise building staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with service standards and contract terms.
  • Manage and coordinate signage, janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, and HVAC services.
  • Lead the tendering and awarding of operational contracts.
  • Project & Capital Management
  • Coordinate with customers on capital improvement projects and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Oversee customer construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building standards.
  • Manage and report on insurance claims and related documentation.
  • Financial & Lease Administration
  • Review and interpret lease agreements; liaise with customers on lease-related matters.
  • Monitor and manage property expenses in line with approved budgets.
  • Approve invoices and ensure accurate coding in accordance with operational budgets.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with accounting on receivables and customer account matters.
  • Maintain detailed records of all property management activities, including preventative maintenance schedules (via Angus or similar platforms).
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
  • Assist with reporting and or ad hoc deliverables associated with PURE's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in meaningful, solution-oriented conversations.
  • Highly collaborative with a one team mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial real estate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Expected Compensation Range for Role: Approximately $90,000-$110,000/year.

Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as role, level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the expected compensation for the role. Within the range set out above, individual pay is determined based on a number of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, business needs and market demands. Compensation is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
