As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Full-time opportunity (34 hrs/ a week): from WEDNESDAY to SATURDAY; shifts schedule from 11:30 to 20:00

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Perform computer tasks
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC Security worker license
- First aid certification _(_an asset, but not required)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
