Job Description
The Proposal Writer is responsible for creating compelling and persuasive content for engineering consulting proposals. This role involves working closely with technical teams to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and client-focused proposals.

Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical sections, and project descriptions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information.

Ensure that proposal content is aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Develop and maintain a library of standard proposal content and templates.

Conduct research to support proposal development, including market analysis and competitor information.

Review and incorporate feedback from proposal reviews and client debriefs.

Assist in the development of proposal strategies and win themes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the engineering consulting industry.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to understand and translate technical information into clear and persuasive content.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
