Project Management:
- Lead EDI implementation and integration projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Technical Oversight:
- Understand EDI standards (like ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and formats.
- Work with mapping tools, translators, and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP/SFTP, VAN).
- Oversee EDI system design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of all EDI processes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure EDI solutions comply with industry standards and partner requirements.
- Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve errors.

Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor EDI analysts or developers.
- Provide training and support as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with EDI mapping tools (Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, GXS, etc.).
- Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, or healthcare domains depending on the industry.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
