Our BDRs are highly trained, creative, and systematic professional communicators who build deep trust from the very first touchpoint.
We are looking for hungry, elite BDR's to join our tight-knit outbound team.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
The Performance-Backed Draw: We understand that building a B2B sales pipeline takes time. We provide a highly competitive 90-day ramp draw which equates to $9,000 over your first 90-days to support you as you learn our systems and build your book. Compounding Residual Income: In addition to your activity payouts, you earn an uncapped 10% monthly recurring commission (MRR) on every single deal closed from your booked meetings. As long as the client stays, you get paid every month. Your effort compounds over time. World-Class Sales Academy: You will receive daily, direct coaching from elite sales leaders. You will learn the exact communication frameworks, pacing techniques, and conversion psychology required to book enterprise meetings with 7 / 8 and even 9-figure global organizations.
The Comp Structure
This is a commission-only structure featuring an initial 90-day performance-based draw to underwrite your ramp phase:
Month 1: $2,000 Draw (Target: 8 qualified meetings shown)
Month 2: $3,000 Draw (Target: 10 qualified meetings shown) Month 3: $4,000 Draw (Target: 12 qualified meetings shown) Ongoing Residual: 10% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all closed contracts.
Payout Rule: You are paid the greater of the Draw or your cumulative 10% MRR commissions (non-cumulative, zero clawback debt).
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
You will own your desk and manage a highly strategic outbound sequence
Target Vetting & Qualification: Perform upfront research to qualify leads. You will ensure companies and executives fit our ideal customer profiles (focusing on high-value US organizations or international firms with $1M+ in funding/revenue). Generating Customized Reports: Analyze prospects’ active digital presence and use our systems to score their executive visibility. High-Intent Outreach: As soon as a connection request is accepted, you will deliver hyper-personalized, professional outreach pointing out their specific visibility gaps and delivering our "done-for-you" value proposition. Persistent & Innovative Follow-Up Cadences: Executives are busy. You will master multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn and email in order to secure their time. Daily Performance Huddles: Attend our daily morning syncs to celebrate wins, analyze objections, and review and optimize your approach with peer-led feedback.
