Customer Service Representative - Birchwood Contact Centre

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Contact Centre Manager.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is a key member of Birchwood's Contact Centre, providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, and emails. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call centre role where you'll be expected to accurately collect customer information while using multiple computer systems at the same time. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask while speaking with customers, and the motivation to consistently achieve appointment booking targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Qualifications

Proven customer service and communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute urgent matters Comfortable leveraging technology for most daily activities Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset Previous call center experience preferred Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own transportation to work are required as the location is not on a bus route
