Phoenix Dance School is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Ballet Teacher for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Teach ballet classes to students of various age groups (early childhood to youth)
• Prepare structured lesson plans based on student levels
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment
• Prepare students for examinations, performances, or competitions (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Formal ballet training (RAD background preferred)
• Previous teaching experience required
• Strong classroom management skills
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about dance education
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Interview Process

• Selected candidates will be invited to conduct a trial class
• Compensation will be discussed during the interview
