About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Supply Chain & Shipping Associate to join our Calgary team. In this on-site role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our physical hardware logistics, ensuring our products, internal shipments, and trade show equipment get exactly where they need to go.
This position offers a predictable, structured schedule of approximately 24 hours per week spread across 3 days during standard business hours. It is ideal for post-secondary students, individuals seeking supplemental income, or anyone looking for a focused, hands-on role that balances alongside studies or other personal commitments while gaining valuable operational experience.
Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving: Manage the day-to-day shipping and receiving of hardware. This includes processing internal shipments and fulfilling customer shipments.

Complex Logistics: Handle complex customer shipping issues and coordinate with major couriers like DHL and FedEx. Provide accurate shipping quotes and estimated times of arrival to customers.

Onboarding Kits: Prepare, print documents for, and ship customer Welcome kits for new user onboarding.

Event Logistics: Prepare, pack, and coordinate the shipping of equipment for industry trade shows alongside the events team.

Inventory Management: Assist with conducting the monthly hardware inventory count.

Supply Chain Administration: Learn to update internal supply chain tracking sheets and coordinate drop-shipments.

HubSpot Backup: Learn key functions in HubSpot to provide coverage for supply chain related data entry
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Prior experience in shipping, receiving, supply chain administration, or logistics is preferred.

Courier Knowledge: Familiarity working with major courier portals for complex shipments.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accurate inventory tracking and shipment routing.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with both on-site and remote team members.

Technical Aptitude: Experience working with enterprise workstations, servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and other computer components is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
