About the role
Our team at Victoriaville & Co is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent for a permanent position.
Job Description Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Agent’s main responsibilities are to:
- Respond to clients' requests and questions in both official languages, English and French (most of the calls and emails received are from unilingual English-speaking clients located in English Canada);
- Take customer orders via phone or website and enter them into the system.
- Ensure adequate follow-up with the team and clients via phone or in writing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous, respectful and efficient service.
- Follow up with the clientele and find solutions when there are feedback, complaints, or others.
- Must work 1 weekend out of 3.
- Any other related tasks.

Qualifications Schooling and accreditations:
- DEP in secretarial or customer service, OR DEC in administrative techniques, or any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
Type of experience required:
- 1 to 2 years of experience within a customer service department in a similar position. We will show you the rest!
Specific skills:
- Bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing (most calls and emails received are from unilingual Anglophone clients located in English Canada)
- Computer skills and with the Windows and Office 365 environment
- Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills and concern for offering quality customer service
- Team oriented
- Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is an asset, but we offer in-house training)
