About the role

The Role The Digital Marketing Manager based in Toronto is responsible for supporting the Company Brand Marketing team with social media management, including websites and online communities such as Instagram. The Digital Marketing Manager will guide social media strategy, manage social agency relations, be accountable to key digital performance KPIs and provide exceptional customer service by responding to all consumer inquiries (email, telephone, social media).

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strong digital/social media strategy for Company Owned Ready-to-Drink (RTD) brands, working closely with the Brand Management team
  • Manage all content creation/localization, formatting, posting, monitoring, reporting, and responding for social media properties.
  • Impact influencer strategy, including presenting content briefs, providing content approvals and guidance to social support agencies
  • Ongoing website and social media page management for Company Owned RTD Brands. This includes, creating social media content tied to our Events as well as on-site social media content creation
  • Act as front-line consumer response for Company-Owned RTD brands (email, telephone, social media)
  • Work with 3rd party media, creative and promotional agencies as required
  • Cross functional support between different stakeholders teams

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and social media experience, preferably at an agency
  • Completed Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce or a related field
  • Experience managing digital/social KPIs and optimizing performance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Operate with a strong sense of urgency to ensure issues are managed & priorities to ensure timely and accurate customer responses.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to deliver ‘out of the box’ solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Social Media Landscape and experience with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
  • Experience in developing and managing digital content creation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and analytical team player who is eager to learn.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to create social media still and video assets. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Capcut or video editing software would be an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
