Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager of the Functional Rehabilitation Program, the Psychologist is responsible for provision of clinical services to clients of the program, including assessment, treatment, and supervision of students, as well as consultation to members of an interdisciplinary team. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Clinical assessment and treatment skills in clinical health psychology (including pain/stress management & rehabilitation)
  • Expertise with assessment, treatment & consultation for psychological factors impacting pain & disability

Other Education & Training

  • Relevant experience or training in a rehabilitation setting is an asset
  • Exp working with 3rd party funders and tertiary-level rehab clients preferred

  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
  • May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
  • HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria
