The Opportunity

The Adara is a modern boutique hotel in the heart of Whistler Village, just steps from the lifts, world-class dining, and shopping. Our Scandinavian-inspired design blends contemporary comfort with Whistler’s rustic charm, creating a warm and stylish getaway for our guests.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and help create the welcoming, memorable experience that defines Adara.

W****hat You Bring to the Table

  • Part Time Availability (Mid-week ideally)
  • Friendly, personable, and professional with strong communication skills.
  • Front desk or customer service experience is an asset (training provided).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; POS system experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Second language is an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have secured housing (staff accommodation not available)

Your Days Will Look Like

  • Provide friendly and professional service throughout the guest journey.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with valet parking as required.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace.
