Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Co-op

The Position:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the greater marketing team in communications, campaigns, digital marketing and events and will help drive awareness while supporting lead generation efforts that will fuel future growth. The incumbent will work with internal stakeholders to deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and publish social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) in alignment with brand guidelines and direction from the Content team
- Contribute to internal communications activities such as the newsletter, videos, town halls – partnering with the HR and Content teams
- Assist with digital marketing projects such as website updates, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns
- Support campaign management processes in HubSpot, including list organization and lead scoring
- Provide on-site support for events and video shoots, including setup, logistics, and gathering content
- Conduct research to explore new marketing platforms and opportunities (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Capterra)
- Assist with organizing shared marketing files, image libraries, and task management tools
- Coordinate and facilitate team workshops and brainstorming sessions, including prepping materials and capturing outcomes
- Participate in meetings, collaborate with the team, and support day-to-day marketing activities
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing for business, social media, or newsletters
- Organized with strong attention to detail and file management skills
- Comfortable conducting research and presenting findings
- Familiarity with MS Office; experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, or WordPress is a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Interest in B2B marketing and advanced manufacturing
- Students should be enrolled in a post-secondary academic program that requires successful completion of a co-op/work term.
