We are a growing company in the wholesale distribution industry, looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys optimizing business processes, solving system challenges, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll report to the Manager of Systems & Integrations and play a key role in ensuring our ERP systems, along with connected technologies like EDI, eCommerce, and digital sales tools, run smoothly, integrate effectively, and support business growth. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP projects and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs. Analyze and support ERP systems, including integrations with eCommerce platforms, digital sales tools, and other business applications. Provide end-user support and onboarding for ERP and related technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP or integration issues to minimize downtime. Document ERP configurations, changes, and processes. Train and support end users on ERP functionality. Monitor and optimize system performance to improve workflows and user experience.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years’ ERP experience (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred). Strong knowledge of integration processes, ERP modules, and connected applications. Experience in wholesale distribution or related workflows is an asset. Proven ability to lead ERP-related projects or initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users. Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed. Willingness to travel (primarily within Canada). Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
