This Position reports to:

Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives across multiple product lines and market segments for North America, in alignment with the overall marketing plan and business objectives. You will join a dynamic, collaborative marketing team where every member contributes to shaping campaigns, content, and digital initiatives. Creativity, organization, and initiative are highly valued, and your work will directly impact the success of our marketing efforts across North America.

This role contributes to: ABB Electrification | Smart Buildings | Emergency Lighting Business Line | North America

The work model is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office in Dorval.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, projects, and product launches, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Support events and promotional activities as needed.
  • Content: Write, edit, and manage bilingual (English/French) content for web, email, social media, print materials, and other marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Digital support: Leverage digital tools (CRM, CMS, email marketing platforms, social media management, analytics) to implement campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results.
  • Process improvement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align initiatives with business goals, maintain marketing asset databases, improve workflows, and foster cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, product marketing, project management, or related roles, with proven ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in content creation and digital marketing, capable of producing engaging content across marketing channels, and proficient in tools such as CMS, analytics, and social media/email marketing platforms.
  • Bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills; at ease creating clear and professional content across markets and channels.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working cross-functionally to drive projects and process improvements.
  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or B2B product environment is an asset.
