About vGIS Inc.

Software Development
11-50 employees

vGIS helps utility contractors, asset owners, and field teams reduce uncertainty on underground infrastructure projects through improved visibility, documentation, and progress tracking.

Designed for contractors, project managers, and infrastructure teams, vSite connects field operations with office workflows, giving teams a clearer view of completed work, active progress, and field documentation.

By bringing together installed quantities, photos, location data, daily reports, and project records in a single workflow, vSite helps teams improve coordination, reduce costly rework and delays, support utility damage prevention, and maintain reliable documentation for audits, disputes, and project closeouts.

Built alongside utility contractors and field crews, vSite was created to address real-world coordination and reporting challenges on infrastructure projects — without adding unnecessary complexity.

Used across more than 5,000 projects, vSite supports organizations ranging from regional contractors to global infrastructure teams.

Before. During. After. One system.

From planning through closeout, vSite helps teams stay aligned, informed, and accountable while helping reduce avoidable project costs across the construction lifecycle.
