Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs); set goals and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Act as a change advocate, ensuring branch operations and teams align with customer needs and company expectations. Promote collaboration and respectful communication across departments to resolve conflicting priorities. Operations & Process Improvement Review performance metrics to monitor productivity, goal achievement, and activity levels. Prepare and manage annual, monthly, and weekly operational plans; set realistic goals and monitor compliance. Sales & Business Development Work with organizational leaders to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer analysis to identify new sales opportunities. Ensure effective use of approved sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, to achieve business results. Partner with Corporate Purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels. People Leadership & Talent Management Determine staffing requirements and oversee the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees. Delegate work effectively and provide coaching to maximize employee performance and potential. Conduct performance reviews using the company’s Performance Management system. Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, recognition, discipline, and employee relations. Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation. Customer & Client Focus Ensure personnel have the tools, information, and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure reasonable customer requests are addressed diligently and professionally. Uphold customer service standards while aligning service delivery with organizational objectives. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure a safe working environment for all branch employees by enforcing safe work practices and procedures. Ensure employees understand and comply with safety policies and take appropriate preventative measures. Lead by example by following all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Communication & Alignment Ensure employees understand company objectives, departmental goals, and how their individual roles contribute to success. Reinforce company values, mission, and objectives through consistent communication and leadership. What you will bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within a sales‑driven environment. A strong understanding of, sales strategy, and people leadership. Proven ability to manage performance, coach employees, and support ongoing training and development. Comfort and proficiency using business systems and technology, including CRM tools. Working knowledge of health and safety standards and applicable employment legislation. Strong leadership and sound decision‑making skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively. Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive operational and financial success. A customer‑focused, sales‑oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage change, lead through transitions, and drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment systems. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Exceptional customer service skills with a dependable, reliable, and proactive work ethic. Existing Vacancy Salary Range: $100k to $120k & 20% MIP & Car Allowance Please note: This position requires the result of a satisfactory criminal record check.
