Role: Operations Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $25 - $50/hour

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Generalist to work on a contract basis. This role involves supporting multiple operational functions to ensure smooth workflow across departments. The position requires adaptability and problem-solving skills to address varied tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Conduct research and compile reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Maintain organizational tools, including spreadsheets and databases, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with data entry and administrative support is necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools is preferred.
