Within your team, your essential role will be:

• supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;

• continuously improve customer service;

• ensuring the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;

• perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;

• to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.

To hold this position, you must:

• have experience as a pharmacy technical assistant.
