Job Title Team Lead, Dealer Engagement
Department: Product Education
Reports to: Manager, Product Marketing and Enablement
Job Requirement(s): Travel across Canada and USA, 1 weeks per quarter
Location: Calgary, AB (HQ)

The Role:
The Dealer Engagement Team Lead provides support to the Manager of Product marketing by helping to direct the team in current priorities and help push goals. The Team Lead, Dealer Engagement acts as a liaison between the team and the overall manager by helping with overall people management and project coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Develop project guidelines and development plans
- Liaise with other PBS departments to communicate project goals and timelines
- Provide leadership to team by coordinating the synergy between development, marketing and sales, implementation plans and deployments
- Proactively host customer engagement sessions
- Create conference/workshop content and presentations.
- Strive to share the PBS products, and their capabilities, with our customers to help increase adoption and enhance customer experience
- Orchestrate a sense of community amongst our customers
- Be available as a product expert (Achieved through PBS certification, knowledge of dealership structure and processes and understanding common issues the software can alleviate. New hires will be offered onsite time to gain a better understanding of the dealership.)
- Confidently convey the PBS culture through professional appearance, charismatic presentations, creating and maintaining genuine business relationships and the ability to perform under pressure
- Quickly learn our products through an incentive-based training process that will help you understand our software and how it applies in a dealership setting, helping you to become an expert in both
- Work with the team to clarify daily work assignments and support long term team goals
- Manage attendance and balance staffing ratios
- Support new hires with training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Previous management experience preferred
- Project Management experience is an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dealership experience is an asset
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to mentor others
To qualify for this role, you must:
- Have been in your current role for at least six months
- Have no PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
