About the role

Are you known for your organizational skills and creativity? Do you enjoy coordinating projects and seeing your ideas come to life? This position is for you! Under the supervision of the management team, the event coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all event-related activities for the organization. You will play a key role in creating high-quality experiences by collaborating with partners, suppliers, and participants.

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, and ensure the logistics of annual events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure active presence during activities.
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Follow up with participants and partners.
  • Manage budgets and produce performance reports.
  • Prepare required materials (decorations, promotional tools, audiovisuals, etc.).
  • Evaluate satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • University degree in communications, marketing, management, tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in event organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (approximately 50/50), to communicate effectively with suppliers and partners.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
