Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to create positive customer interactions.
• Telephone reception duties, screening and routing calls
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Estimating and order entry
• Drafting countertop work order suitable for fabrication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
