Responsibilities:

• Build trusted client relationships by guiding them through business process discovery, optimization, and solution implementation

• Lead and facilitate clients in requirement-gathering workshops to understand end-user needs and project requirements.

• Map out current and future-state business processes, helping clients align operations to maximize the value of the Rio platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, develop user stories, and design process flows that drive efficiency and adoption.

• Configure system requirements (in our Rio platform) once requirements have been determined to deliver intuitive, business-aligned outcomes and test the solution once configured.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, develop user stories, and design process flows that drive adoption.

• Validate solutions through user feedback, testing, and iteration.

• Communicate complex business processes and solutions through clear diagrams, process maps, and prototypes to ensure alignment and understanding.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, functional consulting, business process design, or innovation management.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement is an asset
• Has experience in ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics
• Strong facilitation skills with a proven track record of guiding clients through process discovery and optimization.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, visual narratives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in virtual and in-person environments.
