Are you looking for a role where you can contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates? Do you have a passion for outdoor work and ensuring safety? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as Grounds Support (Snow Removal)!

Here is what you will be doing each day:

• Respond courteously to all guest questions, complaints, or requests, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with department heads to understand maintenance needs and respond to internal requests promptly.
• Perform snow removal around the hotel property, including walkways and driveways, using shovels, salt, and other non-slip materials.
• Maintain the exterior "curb appeal" by sweeping, removing garbage, and placing temporary barricades as needed.
• Ensure that all areas are clear and safe, using wet floor signage and other safety measures as required.
• Assist with internal maintenance tasks or preventative maintenance as directed.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Physical Stamina & Safety Awareness: Able to work outdoors in winter conditions, adhere to safety regulations, wear appropriate safety gear, and take rest breaks as needed.
