Direct Reports: Digital Marketing Specialist, Central Services Lead

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing and CRM strategy, oversee branding and campaigns, and manage a small team to ensure consistent execution.
A key part of this role is using data and insights to build strategic marketing plans, guide campaign development, and measure performance.
This includes leading the full marketing lifecycle—from research and planning, through execution, to analysis and continuous improvement—ensuring all marketing activities are measurable, accountable, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who will also roll up their sleeves to execute all aspects of a marketing campaign, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-location, service-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Build and execute strategic marketing plans that drive patient growth and retention across GP, Perio, and Orthodontic practices.

Align marketing initiatives with CDS’s organizational goals, ensuring measurable ROI.

Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to identify opportunities for growth, referrals, and community engagement.
Campaign Execution
-
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across advertising, promotions, content, and communications.

Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Central Services Lead to deliver impactful, measurable campaigns.
Performance Analysis
-
Translate performance insights into actionable strategies to improve lead quality, patient conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and maximize return on investment.
Digital & CRM Oversight
-
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, website optimization, and online reputation management.

Oversee and optimize the CRM tool to improve lead management, patient reactivation, and marketing automation.
Brand Management
-
Oversee all branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and identity across digital, print, and in-clinic materials.

Develop content guidelines and ensure brand standards are upheld across all patient touchpoints.
Partnerships & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and media outlets.

Negotiate contracts and oversee partner deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Market Research

Conduct studies and analyze data to understand market trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape.

Identify opportunities for new services, marketing channels, and growth initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing Specialist and Central Services Lead.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing Marketing team culture focused on growth and innovation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing and campaign management.
-
2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
-
Proven experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics/reporting platforms.
-
Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location service organizations is an asset.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
