THE POSITION
Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role that combines your love for boats, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for watersports? Look no further! We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Boat Detailer.
Responsibilities:
- Wash units, clean, wipe, dry boat exteriors and interiors.
- Vacuum and steam clean interior carpets
- Polish units as directed.
- Assist in applying Diamond Kote paint protectant and assist with ceramic coating preparation and application.
- Maintain yard and organize equipment.
- Ensure work area is neat and clean at all times.
- Assist with powersports cleaning as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Power polishing experience an asset.
- Previous supervision and leadership experience is an asset.
- Prior experience in automotive or marine detailing an asset.
- High attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Strong work ethic and physically capable to fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Self motivated, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Passion for boats, watersports and powersports.
